The rules at Alley Katz are simple, and geared to providing you with the most entertaining and smoothest running night. Most shows at Alley Katz are 18 and up, unless specified by flyer, website or at the door. Doors open at 9:00PM unless also specified in advance. A $2 security charge may apply, per person for anyone under 21, except on all ages shows. There is no dress code (shirts and shoes are required). Cameras are allowed inside at certain shows. We are a fully-accessible club, meaning our stage area and downstairs bar, bathroom and kitchen are handicap-minded. Please contact in advance for any special accommodations or needs, as a performer or audience member. |

We have two sets of restroom utilities, both upstairs and in our main performance area downstairs. Both floors host a men and women's bathroom, the downstairs being primarily unisex.
As we say, our concessions are the best. We serve locally-famous pizza in regular and vegetarian hand-tossed choices. For bands, we offer several varieties of amazing homemade spaghetti. For the public we have the normal beverage concessions from water to popular soda brands. As for beer, we carry over 20 varied brands, imported and domestic, bottle and draught. We also keep anywhere from two to four varieties of draft beers on tap at all times, serving ice cold singles. Our bar and club accepts cash, VISA, MasterCard, and debit payments for your tabs, which we will gladly keep for you all night as you enjoy the show!
Being in Shockoe Bottom, you will find plenty of street parking available for you and your party.
